Cancellations & Returns

Orders may be cancelled and products returned in accordance with applicable consumer protection laws.

Where a right of cancellation applies, the customer must notify us within the legally permitted period. Returned items should be kept in their original condition and packaging, where possible, together with any certificates or documents supplied with the artwork.

For cancellations that are not due to a defect or non-conformity, cancellation fees may apply in accordance with applicable law.

Damaged or Incorrect Artwork

If your artwork arrives damaged, differs from the item ordered, or is damaged during shipping, please contact us as soon as possible and include photographs of both the artwork and its packaging.

Where the return is due to a defect or non-conformity, no cancellation fee will be charged, subject to applicable law.

Refunds

Where a cancellation qualifies for a refund, the refund will be issued to the original payment method within the timeframe required by law.

• Full name

• Order number

• Artwork or product you wish to return

• Reason for the request

• Photographs of the artwork and packaging, where damage is involved
